JRI Cards, LLC (collectively, “JRI Cards” “we”, or “us”) respect your privacy and are committed  to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. Other Users. When you share personal information or otherwise interact with public areas of  the Website, such personal information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly  distributed outside the in perpetuity. If you interact with other users of our and register through  a social network (such as Facebook), your contacts on the social network will see your name,  profile photo, and descriptions of your activity. Similarly, other users will be able to view  descriptions of your activity, communicate with you within our , and view your profile.

5. ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION

To the extent that you have provided personal information and/or have a user account profile  page that contains such information, you can review and change your personal information by  logging into the Website and visiting your user account profile page. We cannot delete your personal information except by also  deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we  believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be  incorrect. If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User  Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or  stored by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website,  including User Contributions, is governed by our Website Terms of Use. Please note that even if you chose to opt-out of JRI Cards’s  marketing, we may continue to send you important service-related communications. However,  these are not promotional in nature. To opt-out of service-related communications you need  specify this in writing to the above noted address. Please note that all of the rights related to  our maintenance, use, and disclosure of your personal information are subject to applicable law.

10. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
